
Voice AI Help Guide
Welcome to Voice AI—a powerful tool that lets you create intelligent voice agents to manage inbound calls, collect information, and trigger workflows automatically.
🚀 Getting Started
Where to Find It:
Go to AI Agents from the left-hand navigation.
Under Getting Started, click on Voice AI.
From here, you’ll have the option to Create Your Voice AI Agent.
🤖 Creating a New Voice AI Agent
Click Create Your Voice AI Agent to begin. If it’s your first agent, you’ll be directed to set one up immediately.
Step 1: Agent Details
Agent Name: Give your agent a name (e.g., Eliza)
Business Name: Defaults to your account name (editable)
Language: Select the spoken language (e.g., English)
Voice Selection: Choose from available voices
Click Play to preview
Time Zone: Auto-fills from your account settings
Direction: Defaults to Inbound Call
Initial Message
This is the greeting the agent gives when a call begins.
Example:
“Hi {{contact.first_name}}, you’ve reached Demo Account. How can I help you today?”
Use Tags on the right-hand side to insert dynamic values.
✅ Click Next to proceed.

Agent Personality & Call Objectives
Details to Collect:
Name
Email
Contact Issue (select as needed)
Workflow Trigger (optional):
Trigger a workflow after call completion
Must select from pre-built workflows
⚠️ Use Advanced Mode for more granular workflow triggers.
Post-Call Notifications
Choose who should receive notifications:
All Admins
All Users
Specific Users (e.g., Bob Lake)
Custom Email Addresses
✅ Click Next to continue.
☎️ Phone & Availability Settings
Phone Number
Select a phone number to assign to the agent
You can purchase new numbers if needed
Backup Call Handling
Enable the agent as a fallback if no one answers a forwarded call.
Working Hours
Leave OFF for 24/7 availability
Turn ON to set custom hours
Choose days and times
Use ➕ to add time slots
Use Duplicate to copy times across days
✅ Click Apply when finished.
📞 Test Your Agent
Choose a phone number to call from
Enter your personal number to receive the call
Click Call Me to test
View call results in the Call History section (up to 10 minutes per day)
✅ When everything looks good, click Save.
📋 Managing Voice AI Agents
Once saved, your agent appears in the AI Agent List with:
Name
Call Direction
Phone Number
Last Updated
Actions:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to:
Edit
Duplicate
Delete
📈 AI Agent Dashboard & Logs
Click on Dashboard or Logs to view:
Total Calls
Triggered Actions
Call Sentiment
Call Completion Stats
Total/Avg. Call Duration
Use filters to analyze data by agent and by date.
🧭 Accessing Voice AI via AI Agents
You can access many of the same features directly from:
AI Agents > Voice AI (Settings View)
AI Agents (Main Nav) (Quick Access)
From here, you can:
Create additional Voice AI agents
Test your agents
Assign phone numbers
View call history and analytics
You’re now ready to create, test, and deploy Voice AI agents to manage your calls intelligently!
