
Set up My Profile
👤 My Profile Help Guide
Welcome to the My Profile section of your account. This is where you manage your personal user settings including your contact info, calendar, email sync, availability, and notifications.
⚙️ Accessing My Profile
Go to the Settings section (bottom-left corner).
Scroll just below Business Profile and click on My Profile.
📝 Personal Data
In this section, you can update your personal information:
Profile Image: Click the avatar to upload your image (check suggested dimensions and file size).
First & Last Name
Email Address: Used for login and OTP verification.
Phone Number: Used for OTP if logging in via phone.
Extension (Optional)
📅 Default Calendar:
Select your Primary Calendar for bookings (only available if calendars are already set up).
Impacts workflows, automations, and calendar scheduling.
🌍 Language & Signature
Platform Language: Choose your preferred interface language.
Enable Signature: Toggle on to add a default signature to outgoing messages.
Customize Signature: Use plain text or custom code.
Include Before Quoted Text: Toggle if desired.
✅ Click Update Profile to save changes.
After updating, you may be asked to enter an OTP to confirm changes to your email address.
🔒 Change Password
Enter your current password
Enter and confirm new password
Click Update Password
🔄 Email Two-Way Sync
Select your provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Click Connect
Sign in to your email provider
Optionally enable auto-BCC after setup
Click Update Availability
📅 Calendar Settings
To connect your calendar:
Scroll to Calendar Settings
Click Add New
Choose from:
Google Calendar
Outlook
iCloud
Calendly
For video conferencing:
Click Add New under Video Conferencing
Choose Zoom
Click Connect and sign in
Once connected, you’ll see the integration appear, and you can adjust preferences accordingly.
🕒 User Availability
Meeting Location:
Choose from Custom, Zoom, Google Meet, full address, or phone number
Time Zone: Critical for accurate appointment scheduling
Available Hours:
Select individual days or use Select All
Edit time ranges
Use Copy to duplicate hours to other days
✅ Click Update Availability when done.
🔔 Notifications
To access, scroll to the top and click on the Notifications tab.
Notification Types:
In-App
Email
SMS
You'll see two columns:
Left Side: Notification type (e.g., conversations, tasks)
Right Side: Delivery method (in-app, email, SMS)
Examples:
Conversation Notifications:
Notify for all new messages
Notify when conversations are assigned to you
Notify on updates to assigned conversations
Task Notifications:
Set reminders (minutes, hours, days)
Choose delivery method
Enable daily summaries for due or overdue tasks
WordPress / Facebook / Google:
Notify for new WordPress services, Facebook reviews, or Google reviews (if enabled)
✅ Click Save in the bottom-right corner after finalizing your notification preferences.
