📧 Email Services Help Guide
Welcome to the Email Services section. This guide will walk you through how to set up, create, and utilize a dedicated domain for sending emails through your account.
🔧 Accessing Email Services
Click on Settings (bottom left of your account).
Scroll down to find Email Services.
Upon entering, you may see a prompt to Create a Dedicated Domain—let’s begin there.
🌐 Creating a Dedicated Domain
Click Create Dedicated Domain to get started.
Why Use a Dedicated Domain?
Better email deliverability
Improved brand recognition
Greater control of email performance
Choose Your Subdomain:
Examples:
noreply.yourdomain.commail.yourdomain.commarketing.yourdomain.com
Think about the use case for the domain before finalizing.
Steps:
Enter your chosen domain/subdomain
Click Add and Verify
📁 Verifying Your Domain
You’ll now see two options:
Continue (recommended for auto setup)
Add Record Manually (for manual DNS entry)
If Using "Continue":
Sign in to your DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare)
Click Authorize Domain
You’ll be redirected to authorize DNS changes
Once authorized, return to your account to view record statuses:
Verified
Not Verified
Click Verify Domain to update statuses.
⚠️ Some records may take time to propagate. If not verified immediately, wait and retry.
🔁 Domain Status & Configuration
Click Back to Dedicated Domains in the top left to manage your domain settings.
Here you’ll see:
Domain Record
Dedicated Header (applies to all emails sent from this domain)
Shared IP (for large-volume use cases)
SSL Issue Date
DNS Status (still propagating for new domains)
⚙️ Domain Configuration
Click on Domain Configuration at the top.
Here, you can:
Assign domains to specific email types:
Workflows
1:1 Conversations (e.g.,
marketing.yourdomain.com)Bulk Sends (e.g.,
[email protected])
Adjust frequency settings for each type
📌 Managing a Domain
From the three-dot menu on your domain box:
Set From Name (used in email headers)
Delete the domain
Re-verify DNS records if needed
📬 SMTP Services
Click Back to SMTP Services to explore email provider options.
Available Features:
View SMTP Services and Default Provider
Configure Reply & Forward Settings:
Set up forwarding addresses (must differ from sending domain)
BCC email threads
Forward to users in your account
🚫 Forwarding addresses using the same domain as your sender can cause infinite loops—avoid this setup.
Reply Address:
Set a default reply email
Note: This may affect conversation thread tracking inside your account

Sort metrics by time range
Filter by email source
Click on individual reports for detailed insights
🔐 Risk Assessment
Track:
Email verifications
Associated risks
Ensure domain credibility and maintain sender reputation

From the SMTP Services section, you can:
Add new providers:
Outlook
Gmail
SendGrid
Others
Add more dedicated domains
✅ Final Verification & Sending Readiness
Once all DNS records are verified, your email system is ready to send.
🔥 Don’t forget:
Begin with a proper email warm-up sequence to build sender reputation.
🛡️ DMARC Record (Optional, But Recommended)
A DMARC record will appear as optional—you should still add it to your DNS records for enhanced domain authentication and email protection.
