After connecting your social accounts, you’ll see:

  • Connected Socials Overview

  • Total Number of Posts

  • Posts per Day (scheduled across accounts)

Track performance and planning for each social account:

  • View each connected social platform

  • See how many posts are scheduled and already posted


🧭 Navigating the Planner Tabs

Below your overview, you’ll find several key tabs:

  • Recent Posts: Shows your most recently scheduled or published posts.

  • All Posts: Combines scheduled, published, failed, and drafted posts.

  • Scheduled: Displays all posts that are set to publish in the future.

  • Failed: Posts that did not successfully publish.

  • Drafts: Posts you've started but haven’t scheduled yet.

  • Approvals: Posts that require approval before publishing.

  • CSV Upload: Upload a pre-built post schedule via CSV file.

  • Recurring Posts: Manage posts set to repeat automatically.

  • RSS Posts: Automate content from connected RSS feeds.

Click Open Planner at the top of the screen to access a visual calendar view.

  • Choose Week View or Month View

  • Hover over any future date to see a βž• plus icon

    • Click it to begin creating a new social post


πŸ” Filtering & Settings

Located on the far right of your screen:

  • Filter posts by:

    • Creator (who created or scheduled the post)

    • Approver (who needs to approve it)

    • Category

    • Status

Use these filters to quickly organize and view posts according to your workflow needs.

  • View Active and Expired connected accounts

  • See validity duration for each connection

  • Reconnect expired accounts when needed

  • Connect new social platforms

  • Accounts are grouped by platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Set up internal alerts for your team:

  • Notify on:

    • Expired social connections

    • Rejected posts

    • Failed posts

  • Enable/disable individual notifications

  • Customize email templates and notification preferences

Organize posts by topic or type:

  1. Click Add Category

  2. Name your category

  3. Color code it for easy visual reference
    (e.g., Blue for Promotions, Red for Holidays)

Protect your content with custom watermarks:

  • Click Add Watermark

  • Upload your logo or branding image

  • Apply to images in your posts to maintain brand attribution
