📣 Social Planner: Connecting Social Accounts

Welcome to the Social Planner! This tool allows you to connect your social media accounts and schedule content across multiple platforms from one place.

🧭 How to Access the Social Planner

1. Navigate to the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Click on Marketing.

3. You'll be directed to the Social Planner Connection Page, where you can connect your accounts.

🔗 Available Social Platforms

You can connect the following social accounts:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• Google My Business

• LinkedIn

• X (formerly Twitter) (No longer available)

• TikTok

• Pinterest

Each platform requires authorization for the Social Planner to schedule and post on your behalf.

🔑 Connecting Your Accounts

📘 Facebook

• Click Connect Facebook

• If already logged in, you’ll be prompted to grant access

• Authorize the app to begin scheduling Facebook posts

📸 Instagram

• Must be an Instagram Business or Creator account

• Must be connected to a Facebook Page

• Click Connect Instagram → Then Login to Facebook

Make sure Facebook is connected first before attempting Instagram

🧭 Google My Business

• Log in to the Google Account associated with your business

• Click Connect Google My Business

• Grant access when prompted

💼 LinkedIn

• Click Connect LinkedIn

• If logged in, you’ll be prompted to grant permission

• If not logged in, sign in to LinkedIn first

🐦 X (Twitter) (No longer available)

• Click Connect X

• Log in (if not already)

• Click Authorize App to allow Social Planner access

🎵 TikTok

When connecting TikTok, you’ll choose from two account types:

• Individual

• Business

Each type has its own posting limitations and capabilities
Review TikTok's restrictions to choose the right type for your needs

📌 Pinterest

• Click Connect Pinterest

• If logged in, click Give Access

• If not logged in, sign in first, then Authorize App

Once you’ve connected one or more social accounts, head over to the Scheduling Post page within the Social Planner to start planning and publishing your content.
